After delivery, we keep a backup of your project files, including source files, so we can send them again or make changes if you come back to us. We keep account, order, and billing records while your account is active and for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal reasons.
You can ask us to delete your project files or your account at any time, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep certain records.
We take sensible technical and practical steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting which team members can access it.
