How the Book Cover Hub Affiliate Program works, how commissions are earned and paid, and what we ask of every affiliate.
Thank you for your interest in the Book Cover Hub Affiliate Program (the “Program”). These terms are an agreement between you and Book Cover Hub LLC (“Book Cover Hub,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to them.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to take part in the Program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
A serious breach of these terms may lead to your account being closed and to the loss of commissions earned through that breach.
Your affiliate link. When you join, you receive a unique affiliate code and specially formatted links (“Affiliate Links”). You may place these links, along with the banners and graphics we provide, on your website, in your emails, and in your other communications.
Use the link format we give you. Commissions are tracked only through properly formatted Affiliate Links. We cannot pay for sales where the link was changed, broken, or mistyped. Links should point to the page of the service you are promoting.
Our materials. We will give you guidelines, link styles, and artwork. We may update the artwork at any time, but we will give notice before changing image dimensions.
Be upfront with your audience. Please disclose clearly that you may earn a commission when someone buys through your link. This is required by law in the United States and many other countries.
Represent us accurately. You are an independent affiliate. Please do not:
What earns a commission. You earn a commission when a customer clicks your Affiliate Link, goes to bookcoverhub.com, and completes an order during that session. Your commission rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard.
Tracked sales only. We pay commissions only on sales that our system tracks automatically. We cannot pay based on someone telling us they used your link or code if our system did not record it.
Your own purchases. Orders you place through your own Affiliate Link do not earn a commission.
Refunded orders. If an order is refunded or charged back, no commission is earned on it. If it was already paid, we deduct it from your next payout.
Payout threshold and schedule.

Balances that never reach $20 are not paid out.
Fair play. We may withhold or cancel commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive or questionable marketing.
Anyone who buys through the Program is a Book Cover Hub customer. Our own policies on orders, pricing, customer service, and refunds apply to them, and we may change those policies and prices at any time.
You are responsible for your own website and everything on it, including:
You agree to follow all laws that apply to you while you are in the Program. This includes email marketing laws such as the US CAN-SPAM Act and other anti-spam rules.
You and Book Cover Hub are independent contractors. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship. You have no authority to make or accept offers or statements on our behalf.
The Program is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the Program or the services sold through it, and we cannot promise that our site will always run without interruptions or errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including lost revenue, profits, or data, connected to this agreement or the Program. Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.
You confirm that you have read this agreement and decided for yourself to join the Program, without relying on any promise not written here. You understand that we may work with other affiliates on different terms and may run websites similar to yours.
If we ever disagree, please contact us first. Most issues can be sorted out with a conversation. Any dispute we cannot resolve will be settled by confidential, binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis and not as part of a class action. We may still go to court to protect our intellectual property.
